Boiler replacement work for an Assisted Living community-This team is amazing! They took on a full emergency job without hesitation and were able to pull everything together within a few hours last night. The team arrived early this morning with even better options then originally offered to meet our needs and saved our company a lot of money in the long run. Fry Plumbing, Heating, and Air will be our go to company from here on out!

I have had three separate plumbers out in maybe the past 4 months. I finally used Fry and Marc & Jason were not only pleasant to work with, but also incredibly knowledgeable. They finally identified the problem I have been searching for the entire time at a fraction of the price. Will definitely be using them again.

The team that arrived got it done despite looking at a total of 5 vendors none of which could without additional carpentry. Fry was the only place who found the unit that would fit. Fry been my go-to company for the past eight years for any HVAC and plumbing needs. I trust this shop; they are honest and straightforward - there's no upselling and the pricing is very fair. They are responsive and on-time; I appreciate their two hour appointment windows compared to the 4-8 hour blocks offered by other companies. Fry just has one of the most pleasant and competent group of technicians I've dealt with in the DMV.

I had been looking for a plumber to replace my water heater which was in a very tight location. All other plumbers gave me a quote but Johnny not only gave me a quote, he took the time to talk to me on the phone for 20 minutes explaining the whole process and what would be needed to get my old tank out and put a new one in. His two plumbers who showed up, William and Casey, were on time and managed to get the old heater out without cutting into the drywall!! All the other plumbers I talked to said they would have to cut into my drywall but William and Casey were able to do it without making any more cuts in my wall. They were very kind and helpful answering my questions about plumbing advice. Highly recommend this company, they did really good work and were very efficient and all people I worked with were very kind and professional. You won’t go wrong with Fry plumbing!!!

FR Fry Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning is the absolute best! The integrity of this company is bar none! Company for 10 years and one thing I have to say I like about them is they know their craft and are quite truthful in your diagnosis-most importantly, if there’s not an issue, they’re gonna tell you upfront and then recommend when to get your HVAC or heater serviced again in the winter and or fall. Love this company! To be honest, I’m lost for words to describe how secure I feel with this company so let me just give you some adjectives : Experienced, Punctual,Great communicator, Adaptable, Mechanically minded, Passionate problem solver, Respectful and responsible. If you’ve had negative experiences with any of their competitors, I suggest you come directly to them and if you go to someone else and have a bad experience, don’t say don’t warn you! #FRYROCKS!

I returned home late one evening to find that my AC was no longer working. I called Fry the next morning at 7:30 am and they had a team out within the hour. Speedy and effective-- would hire them again!

Thomas is an exceptional representative of Fry. He was on time, professional, efficient, and personable. In fact, all the service personnel I have dealt with over the past 2 years, as well as the office contacts, have been of the highest caliber. Bravo!
